Here is a new sextoy from a Lovehoney range, it is the Desire Luxury G-Spot Dildo! We wanted to review a different model of this range after having reviewed several products of it. When I saw this model, I immediately wanted to try it with Kitty! It is a stainless steel dildo, quite thin but oriented for the G-spot! Indeed, we had the chance to review the Hoop dildo from Le Wand, the Alpha Male 3, the Arch from Le Wand, the Rainbow Curvy, the Big Johnny, the Njoy Eleven and the Pure Wand from Njoy to name a few! As with every review, I will start with the box! Some people may find it boring, but at the same time, it is often the first thing you discover when you buy a product! And the box can give a good or a bad impression. I think it’s normal to tell you about it!

As you can see, it’s a rather long, rectangular box, which features a cardboard sleeve that says “Desire” with the brand’s logo. This is the design that can be found on all the products of the Desire collection from Lovehoney. On the back of the sleeve, we have some details about the product inside.

Once the sheath is removed, we discover the box, purple, with the Lovehoney logo on it, in white. It is a box that we can keep to store the product, because unless I am mistaken, there is no storage pocket.

The first thing we discover is the small user manual, well arranged. Then, by lifting the first piece of foam, we discover the Desire Luxury G-Spot Dildo, well installed, maintained and ready to be used. In short, the box is not bad, it can even be used for something else, if you do not use it to store the dildo.

For my part, I find that it looks like a kind of snake, in any case, a crawling object! Indeed, when you look at it as a whole, you can’t miss its particular shape! As you can see from the pictures, it is not a straight dildo, but rather S-shaped, but not too curved either. There are two ends that we can use, depending on our desires and needs, one that has a more pronounced bulbous shape in its curvature and the other, more straight.

On one of the sides, you can find the Lovehoney logo, here, slightly beige which is directly engraved in the stainless steel in a rather discreet way, as in Njoy or Le Wand. It is clearly a pure dildo, not realistic, without frills! Its goal is to please your G-spot, no more, no less.

Size of the dildo

To tell you more about this dildo, I have to tell you about its dimensions! I calculated all this myself, in order to have something right and not approximate. In terms of its total length, we have 18.8 cm (7.40″) with 8 to 12 cm (3.14″ to 4.72″) insertable (to have one of the two parts in hand). Then for the diameter, we have on one side, a head of 2.7 cm (1.06″) in diameter and the other, a head of 2.76 cm (1.08″). And for the shaft, at the thinnest, it shows 1.75 cm (0.68″) and at the widest, 2 cm (0.78″).

Other details

To finish, I don’t have much else to tell you! For its weight, I don’t have the information, but it feels like solid steel, so it feels a bit heavy in hand, but nothing heavy either. It is much less heavy than a Le Wand Arch, the Njoy Eleven or the Pure Wand of Njoy!

First, is it easy to handle and insert? Yes, the Lovehoney Desire Luxury G-Spot Dildo has a completely smooth surface, making it easy to insert. It’s easier to use a smooth dildo than a textured one, even more so with steel. It must be said that stainless steel is always smooth, but you can find different curves and shapes.

On the other hand, since it is steel, it can slip out of your hands a bit, either from perspiration or just because you have lube on it. Since it can be used on both sides, you’ll have to be careful when switching sides. Some people put on a low-budget silicone cock ring simply to get a grip on the dildo. This is quite feasible with this model, you’ll just need to get a small cockring for that.

For insertion, whether on one side or the other, both heads fit easily. There is one head that is more apt to facilitate its insertion and especially to stimulate the G-spot. As I said before and according to Kitty’s feedback, there is a side where the curvature is more pronounced and the head more adapted to this point. We feel that the stimulation is more intense on this side than on the other.

But the bigger the dildo, the more experienced you need to be, because steel does not fit your body. It is a rigid material, whereas silicone can more easily take the shape of your anatomy!

But this is not a concern with this model, as it is designed to be inserted easily and perfectly to be in contact with your G-spot. The insertion is simple, you can play with the temperatures, in short, it’s a very nice dildo, which will be perfect to start the stimulation of the G-spot (and even P-spot) with a steel dildo.
